Einstoss / Veilforge systems studio

Immersive websites, AI workflow automation, web apps, dashboards, and community assistants for small teams with serious work to ship. Start with one painful loop; leave with a system you own.

  • priced before work starts
  • first system in one to two weeks
  • you keep the source

Most teams do not need a giant transformation pitch. They need one painful loop made visible, simplified, and turned into a system that can be used this week — inside a surface that feels like it arrived from somewhere else.

Price the loop

What is the repeat work costing you?

Think of the loop that keeps coming back: chasing forms, retyping data, answering the same message, rebuilding the same report. Your numbers, your estimate. Nothing on this page is sent anywhere.

who usually does it
this loop costs aboutR138,000/year

58 hours a month. If a system takes even half of it, that is R69,000 back every year, and the audit (from R4,500) would pay for itself in about 3 weeks.

Estimate from your inputs: 46 working weeks, half the loop automated, rough cost-to-company rates. Not a quote.

Commercial entry

Start narrow. Leave with something usable.

AI Automation Sprint

A small usable system shipped fast: intake routing, follow-up flows, report generation, content repurposing, dashboarding, or bot-assisted admin relief.

  • One to two week build
  • Usable first system
  • Walkthrough and handover

Evidence & Impact Pack

Clear public-facing material for schools, NGOs, churches, founders, and pilots that need credibility before scale: funder one-pagers, measurement plans, trust pages, and impact language.

  • Sharper claims
  • Measurement structure
  • Publish-ready copy
from R9,500

Systems Retainer

The machine stays maintained and keeps growing: monitoring, fixes, new automations each month, and a standing line to the engine instead of a new quote every time something breaks.

  • Monitoring and fixes
  • New automation monthly
  • Priority response
from R9,500/month

Services

From strange brand worlds to quiet internal machines.

Apps, sites, automations, assistants — if the brief is closer to an experience than a page, Einstoss builds the world around it. If the problem is buried inside operations, Einstoss turns the mess into a working tool.

01experience site

Immersive web experiences

Cinematic landing pages, scroll-led brand worlds, canvas atmospheres, launch sites, and interactive demos for work that needs to feel alive, not templated.

02public surface

Complex websites and conversion systems

Multi-page public sites, service funnels, case-study hubs, trust pages, intake paths, analytics wiring, SEO structure, and launch-ready positioning.

03working app

Custom web apps and dashboards

React apps, internal portals, lightweight CRMs, progress trackers, admin panels, pilot interfaces, and operational dashboards built around the way the team actually works.

04calm machine

AI workflow automation

Form-to-sheet flows, automated follow-ups, summarizers, report generators, document helpers, triage systems, and repeat-task reduction with human control still intact.

05assistant layer

WhatsApp, Telegram, and community assistants

FAQ assistants, intake bots, member routing, event reminders, escalation paths, and admin relief systems for churches, communities, educators, and local operators.

06operating layer

Mission-control and research engines

Decision logs, competitor watches, recurring research briefings, project operating systems, opportunity scouting, and AI-assisted oversight loops that keep momentum from disappearing in chat.

Showcase / demo lab

Pick a universe. It is already working.

Not screenshots — live specimens. Step inside one: press buttons, book tables, talk to the bot. Einstoss is one human director plus AI build and research agents; everything here, including this page, is what that engine produces. Hiring Einstoss points it at your project.

How the work moves

One signal, then a sequence.

  1. Bring the mess

Name the workflow, launch surface, or internal system that keeps draining time. One pain point is enough to start.

  2. Map the hidden path

Trace the handoffs, repeated messages, missing data, manual copying, and decisions that keep getting remade.

  3. Build the smallest machine

Ship the leanest useful version first: site, form, bot, dashboard, automation, evidence pack, or command centre.

  4. Hand over the signal

Leave behind the system, the walkthrough, and the next set of improvements without trapping the client inside mystery code.

Before you ask

Straight answers.

The questions worth settling before the first message.

What does the Workflow Rescue Audit actually give me?

A map of how the work moves today, where the time leaks, what the loop is costing you, and a buildable recommendation for the smallest system that fixes it. The recommendation is yours to keep, whoever builds it.

Do I need to know what to build?

No. Bring the mess. The first conversation is about the loop that keeps eating your week, not about technology. Choosing the tool is the studio’s job.

Who actually does the work?

One human director plus AI build and research agents. A person scopes, reviews and hands over every piece of work; the agents make the build fast.

How does pricing work?

Every engagement is priced before work starts. Most clients begin with the audit; builds are quoted from what the audit finds. Retainers are billed monthly.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Handover includes the source, a walkthrough, and notes on what to improve next, so you are never trapped inside mystery code.

Where do you work?

Across Africa first, and anywhere else remotely. The studio is based in South Africa (UTC+2), so the working day overlaps with most of the continent and Europe. Invoices are issued in rands by default; US dollars can be agreed for clients outside South Africa.

What happens to our data?

Only what the work needs is touched, and wherever possible it stays inside accounts you own. Personal information is handled under South Africa’s POPIA and the data-protection law where you operate, and every proposal states how.

Open the signal

Send the site, system, or workflow that needs to stop haunting you.

Describe the loop, the launch, or the machine you want built. Einstoss will narrow it into an audit, a sprint, or a larger systems build, and tell you plainly if it is not worth automating.
